Use this page to request deletion of your PulseCheck: Mindset Coaching account and associated data from Pulse Intelligence Labs, Inc.
How to request deletion
- Send your request from the email address connected to your PulseCheck account.
- Include your username, if available, so we can identify the account quickly.
- Our team will confirm receipt and process the request.

Data handling details
- We delete or anonymize account profile data, sign-in identifiers, saved preferences, app activity, check-ins, messages, and connected health or fitness data associated with your PulseCheck user profile after validation.
- Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or compliance obligations.
- Subscription and payment records may be retained by Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, or other payment processors as required by law and provider policy.
